Each player is permitted to hold one (1) batt939 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for a batt939 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batt939 login credentials, including your username and password. batt939 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. You must notify batt939 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

batt939 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or where you have knowingly or negligently shared them with a third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

batt939 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time batt939 reasonably requests. Verification documents accepted include Pakistani CNIC, passport, and utility bills dated within three months.

All financial transactions on the batt939 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. batt939 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved cryptocurrency wallets.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your batt939 wallet within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. batt939 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges for which batt939 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable. batt939 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time; however, processing times may extend to three (3) business days during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

batt939 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or receipt of required documentation. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal and the reason for it.

4.3 Currency

The batt939 platform operates in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. batt939 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

batt939 offers various bonuses and promotions to its registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a batt939 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Promotion Availability

batt939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to Pakistani players only unless otherwise specified and may not be available in all regions or to all account tiers.

All bets and wagers placed on the batt939 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules and accept the outcome of your bet as final subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting on the batt939 platform — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and One Day Internationals — is governed by batt939's Sports Betting Rules. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event. batt939 reserves the right to void bets where the outcome is determined to have been influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or any irregularity notified by the relevant sporting authority.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games
